Delicious Okra dish sauteed with Indian-style ginger. Okra is a vegetable whose immature pods are used for soups, canned and stewed but can also be eaten fried or boiled. Okra or okra is very present in the cuisine of India and Bangladesh. In India they are eaten sautéed, fried or in fish stew. HOW TO COOK OKRA STIR FRY

Heat the LOS OLIVARES extra virgin olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the onion, mix 7-8 minutes until golden.

Add the cumin and let the cumin roast.

Add the rest of the spices and the ginger.

Add the okra and salt and continue to fry, stirring the vegetables constantly, for 25 minutes until the okra is tender and most of the liquid has evaporated.
